Shipping policy

We ship orders within Sweden with Bring.

Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are normally shipped the same day. Orders received after 13:00 are normally shipped on the next business day. Delivery time is counted from the day the shipment leaves our warehouse.

The following shipping terms currently apply within Sweden:

• Flat shipping rate: 79 SEK

• Free shipping on orders over 1,200 SEK

• Normal delivery time: 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped

The stated delivery time is an estimate and may in isolated cases be affected by the carrier’s handling or the delivery conditions at the destination.

If a product has a deviating delivery time, this will be stated in connection with the product or at checkout. If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. In the event of significant delivery delays, you as a consumer have the right to make claims under applicable law, for example to require delivery, cancel the purchase in certain cases, and in some situations request compensation for costs caused by the delay.

Deliveries may take place via third-party logistics from a location other than the company’s registered office.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. If you discover transport damage or if items are missing upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at info@magnetfiskebutiken.se.

If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, an administrative fee of 250 SEK will be charged.
