A purchase agreement is entered into only when you have received an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors, out-of-stock situations, technical errors, pricing errors and similar inaccuracies.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT unless otherwise indicated. At checkout, the total price for your order is shown, including any shipping and payment fees.
We offer the following payment options:
Klarna Checkout
Through Klarna Checkout, you can choose among the payment methods offered by Klarna at the time of purchase.

Business customers who cannot or do not wish to use Klarna can contact us at info@magnetfiskebutiken.se for manual invoicing by special agreement.
Terms for each payment method are also shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
We normally deliver within Sweden with Bring. Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are normally shipped the same day, while orders placed later are normally shipped on the next business day. Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date the order is shipped, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.
If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. For consumer purchases, your statutory rights in the event of delay apply, which means that in some cases you may demand delivery, withhold payment, cancel the purchase or request compensation for direct costs caused by the delay.
5. Uncollected packages
When a package has arrived at the collection point, notification is sent using the contact details you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct. If a package is not collected and is returned to us, you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK. The Swedish Consumer Agency states that businesses may charge a fee for uncollected packages if this is stated in the terms.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you received or collected the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by email to info@magnetfiskebutiken.se. The item must then be sent back as soon as possible, normally no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You normally pay the return shipping cost in the event of a cancelled purchase, provided that you were informed of this in connection with the purchase.
If you choose to cancel the purchase, the item must be returned well packaged. If the item has been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its characteristics or function, we have the right to make a deduction for any loss in value.
Refunds are made without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days from when we received the return or from when you have shown that the item was sent back. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Complaints
If an item is defective, you as a consumer have the right to complain about the defect for up to three years from the purchase. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, and a complaint within two months from the discovery of the defect is normally considered timely. In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping and remedy the defect in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Product-specific terms for magnet fishing
Magnet fishing is undertaken at your own risk. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is used in a safe and lawful manner and that all attachments, such as screws, eye bolts, shackles and rope connections, are checked before each use.
Loss of a magnet as a result of a screw, eye bolt or other attachment separating, coming loose or unscrewing is not compensated by us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the equipment is correctly assembled and secured before use. Recommendations and instructions for use are stated, where applicable, in the relevant product description.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as decisions by authorities, war, strikes, natural events, major operational disruptions, transport disruptions or similar force majeure-like events, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
10. Personal data
We process personal data to the extent necessary to manage orders, payments, deliveries, customer service and other obligations connected to the purchase. If you would like to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing or request data portability, you can contact us at info@magnetfiskebutiken.se. Such rights follow from the GDPR, with the limitations and exceptions that apply under law.
11. Disputes and applicable law
These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve together, you as a consumer may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), which examines disputes between consumers and businesses. ARN’s decision is a recommendation regarding how the dispute should be resolved.
