107 mm double-sided neodymium magnet with 2x480 kg pull force

Lifting eye and wing nut are included. Normally we recommend that you apply some form of thread locking (e.g. our Thread Locking Agent ) to the threads when you screw the lifting eye. However, in this case, when the lifting eye will need to be moved between the 2 holes, we have replaced this with a wing nut. This should be checked to ensure that it has not come loose before each cast. There is a risk that these will come loose from vibrations/impacts from rocks etc. on the bottom.

NOTE!
The stated pull force is measured on a completely flat piece of pure thick steel, more precisely 10mm thick.
When you magnet fish, you will find things that have been in the water for many years, so there is most likely a lot of rust. Rust and other coatings significantly reduce the pull force of the magnet.
The grip surface also has an effect, like a steel pipe for example, where there are not many millimeters that lie against the grip surface.
